The Team Leader Assistant plays a pivotal role in daily operations, collaborating with the Team Leader to ensure profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects are successfully managed.

Key Responsibilities
Develops and maintains visually appealing store layouts and product displays.
Works closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, driving business results through effective collaboration.
Assists the Team Leader in analyzing sales data, reports, and labor metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrates advanced product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Maintains strong relationships with vendors, developing new partnerships and ensuring timely paperwork submission.
Works with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns and issues, promoting a culture of open communication and trust.
Functions as the point person and departmental lead in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution, consistently delivering excellent customer service and in-store experiences.
Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, respect, and exceptional morale among Team Members.
Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members to provide timely and effective solutions.
Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to build a high-performing team and minimize turnover.
Provides regular, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, helping Team Members grow and develop in their roles.
Consistently communicates and models WFM vision and goals, inspiring Team Members to strive for excellence.
