Project Manager

We are currently looking for a senior project manager ideally trading related quant experience to join our team in Montreal.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across trading marine, or technology domains.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring milestones are met within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with traders, operation managers, and IT teams to ensure business alignment.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet contractual and functional expectations.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within commodities, energy, or financial trading sectors.
• Strong understanding of trading lifecycle, operations, and product delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English and French preferred).
• PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
