This role is key to the successful operation of our extensive logistics network, managing the flow of goods from arrival to departure. You will perform essential tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. We seek individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and prioritize safety above all. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Efficiently put away received goods into designated storage locations within the facility.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit and prepare them for shipping.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring timely and secure movement of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure the correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts to maintain data integrity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily productivity and logistics targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, labels, and manifests.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
