What You'll Be Doing Conduct thorough inspections of homes from attic to crawl space Establish trust by clearly explaining findings, offering the best treatment options Close sales by demonstrating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation via a company-provided iPad Work independently, efficiently schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated prospects Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at every stage What We Offer You Top Earning Potential:
Average first year earnings range from $90,000 to $125,000 (base + commission) Uncapped Commission:

Top achievers can earn exclusive vacations and prospects for advancement You'd Be a Great Fit If You: Enjoy meeting new people and addressing real challenges Are confident, competitive, and focused on goals Work well independently and are highly organized Are comfortable with climbing, crawling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days (cost covered by the company) Ability to safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
