Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role. At least 3 years of experience in client-facing consulting. A minimum of 5 years as a Learning Designer, with experience in both digital and in-person learning environments. At least 1 year of experience in creating learning strategies. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a call center environment. 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles. 1+ years experience in change management. 2+ years of experience in learning strategy development. 1+ years of experience with multi-modal learning strategies. The salary range for this role is as follows: McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600 Plano, TX: $115,200 - $131,500 Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500 Wilmington, DE: $115,200 - $131,500 In addition to the competitive salary, this role may include performance-based incentives such as cash bonuses.
