Job Summary:
Our dynamic distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a reliable Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that all products are handled efficiently and accurately from arrival to departure. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong commitment to detail and accuracy is essential. As a vital part of our Logistics team, your contribution directly impacts our customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide comprehensive training, including the mandatory use of PPE . Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock received items in their designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick orders according to customer specifications using scanning devices or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure safe transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and Safety regulations.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of basic Logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety .
