We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. This is a crucial position within our **logistics** department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout our distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and transport materials to designated areas. You will also be responsible for performing pre-operation checks on equipment, ensuring it is in good working order. A strong emphasis is placed on **safety**, and all operators must strictly adhere to company policies and **PPE** requirements at all times. While operating machinery, your focus will be on safe and precise handling. When not operating a forklift, you may be required to assist with other warehouse duties, which can include **lifting** items up to 50 lbs, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe operation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
