Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art Distribution Center Associate team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is pivotal to our company's logistics and supply chain success. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you ensure that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will be expected to operate various warehouse equipment safely and adhere to all established safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout a large warehouse environment. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are team-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare orders for outbound shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality goals within our logistics framework.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding logistics setting.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
