Your Responsibilities Include: Conducting comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space. Building trust with clients by clearly articulating your findings and recommending optimal treatment options. Closing sales by effectively showcasing the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services. Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad. Working independently, managing your schedule, and maximizing lead generation and personal opportunities. Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at every phase. What You Gain: Significant Earning Potential:
First-year average earnings between $70,000 and $100,000 (including base salary and commissions). Unrestricted Commission:

Are competitive, confident, and aim for success. Can work independently while maintaining organization. Are comfortable working in various weather conditions and can manage tasks such as climbing and crawling. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Must safely access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary.
