Youll collaborate within a team to bridge marketing expertise, marketing knowledge, and quantitative, fact?based consulting approaches. Using this expertise, youll guide our clients in defining and refining their strategies in Consumer and B2B Marketing & Sales. Our clients benefit from our collective experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. You will be dedicated to helping clients connect with customers and to drive revenue growth quickly. Working with companies to capture breakout sales growth by tapping new markets, personalizing customer experiences and optimizing interactions. Youll be working in one of our North American offices as part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. This practice focuses on developing marketing and sales strategies for leading companies of all major industries, including consumer goods, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and logistics. Your qualifications and skills
Bachelors degree, preferably with distinction 1+ years of sales and channel management, sales operations, and/or sales technology, with a preference for B2B experience/interest 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related business experience with increasingly more senior responsibilities ideally focused in at least one of these areas: Digital Marketing, E?consumer, E?marketing Customer Loyalty and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Channel Management (call center and B2B sales), Marketing Spend Effectiveness, Marketing ROI and Branding Insights and Analytics

For new joiners for this role in the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range is $112,000 - $125,000 USD - to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary/hourly wages for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though its important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinseys discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
