40 hours, Zoetermeer

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Technician, you are the technical point of contact for our distributors, contractors, and end users. You provide remote support and troubleshooting, develop training materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and documentation. Thanks to your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach, you ensure that our installations operate optimally.

Your tasks include:

Technical Support & Customer Contact

• Provide technical support via phone and email.

• Analyze customer requests and offer appropriate solutions.

• Record communications in the ERP system.

• Determine if an on-site visit is necessary.

• Monitor incoming issues and discuss possible solutions.

• If needed, escalate calls to Field Service Technicians.

Training & Documentation

• Assist in certified installer training programs.

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions.

• Contribute to user manuals and process improvements.

Inspections & Installation

• Perform slide inspections.

• Opportunity to assist with on-site installations.

Spare Parts & Administration

• Enter and follow up on spare parts orders.

• Inform customers about shipping dates.

• Coordinate and track returns of defective parts.

Requirements

You enjoy solving technical puzzles, maintaining an overview, and gain energy from helping customers. Additionally, you have:

• Strong communication skills.

• Good social skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

• Basic knowledge of construction, concrete, and electricity.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to train others in technical topics.

• Positive attitude and focus on teamwork.

Experience & Education

• Ability to read technical drawings.

• Effective time and priority management.

• Comfortable working with various customer registration software programs.
