We currently work in partnership with the VA and Endeavors program as well.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
* Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans aligned with each client’s condition.
* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management or occupational health concerns.
* Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant observations in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and respecting client privacy at all times.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers or medical professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
*Skills*
* Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathetic communication and active listening.
* Expertise in patient assessment techniques to identify areas of tension, pain points, and specific therapeutic needs.
* Proficiency in advanced massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for targeted relief.
* Solid understanding of pain management principles and how massage therapy can support recovery and occupational health.
* Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform effective treatment strategies.
* Excellent customer service skills that foster trust, loyalty, and positive client experiences.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
