*About the Role*
This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical skills in *SQL Server development and administration*, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, with a positive, can-do attitude. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, this is the role for you.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Design, implement, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
* Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
* Manage SQL Server databases across multiple lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production.
* Participate in Azure cloud development management and optimization using SQL DB
* Ensure database security, health, and performance for enterprise applications and data warehouse.
* Execute data loads and perform data modeling to support multiple development teams.
*Qualifications*
* *5+ years* of MS SQL Server Administration and Development experience.
* Strong skills in *Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)* using native monitoring tools.
* Experience with *Azure Database Management Solutions* and managing SQL databases in Azure.
* Proficiency in backups, restores, and recovery models.
* Knowledge of *High Availability (HA)* and *Disaster Recovery (DR)* strategies.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Microsoft Certified Azure Data Analyst (Power BI) is a plus.
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
* College degree or military service is a plus.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
