- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately for all outgoing orders.
- Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and customer orders.
- Schedule pickups with various shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, secured, and staged for carrier pickup.
- Maintain shipping records and track shipment progress.
- Communicate with internal teams and carriers regarding shipping status and any issues.
- Assist in resolving shipping-related discrepancies or customer inquiries.
- Operate shipping equipment such as scales, printers, and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear designated PPE .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the shipping department.
