As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking as needed.
- Follow all company policies and Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capacity for manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and Logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE , such as safety vests and footwear.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
