We are seeking a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for the movement, storage, and organization of materials within our warehouse facility. This is a critical position that ensures the smooth flow of goods throughout our operations. Your primary duties will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips, and accurately stocking materials in designated areas. You will also be tasked with picking and packing orders for outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly prepared for transport. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is paramount, and you will actively participate in general housekeeping duties. Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is a strict requirement, and you will be expected to wear all mandated PPE at all times. This role involves significant manual labor, including frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds. We are committed to providing a safe and productive workplace and offer comprehensive training to all new hires. Experience in a warehouse setting and familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
