Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy against invoices before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and proper handling of goods.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
