We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. You will be instrumental in coordinating the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Your responsibilities will include planning and assigning daily tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring all operational targets are met or exceeded. A key focus will be on maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and OSHA regulations. This includes ensuring proper use of PPE by all team members. You will also be involved in training new employees, performance reviews, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. The ability to handle Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly is essential. We are committed to providing a secure and efficient Logistics network, and this role is crucial to our success. Regular Safety audits and process improvements will be part of your daily routine. Experience in inventory management and a proven track record in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting are highly preferred.
