We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves a comprehensive range of warehouse activities, including receiving goods, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that products are handled with care and precision. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses the physical capacity to manage warehouse tasks. We foster a culture of safety and expect all team members to uphold these standards, including proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). Your contribution is vital to our operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Participate in regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow.
- Perform regular lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
