We are seeking motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Dallas, Texas. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will be responsible for handling various types of products, from small electronics to larger household goods, ensuring each item is handled with care and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control.
- Operate hand-held scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status and any issues.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and execute tasks within the broader context of logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
