Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our facility in Portland, Oregon. This key position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that our Warehouse Management System (WMS) is up-to-date. You will work collaboratively with receiving, shipping, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and implement process improvements. A solid understanding of **Logistics** and inventory management best practices is essential. You will also be involved in monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and participating in the put-away process to ensure efficient storage. Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment, including strict adherence to **Safety** protocols and the correct use of **PPE**, is a critical part of this role. The position may involve occasional **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
