We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento, California. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are key, as you will work with advanced systems and technology to fulfill orders. The Fulfillment Associate will contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center by meticulously handling inventory and ensuring that outgoing packages meet our high standards. A strong commitment to safety is required; you must strictly follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. This is a dynamic role for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and prompt order fulfillment. Join our team and contribute to our success in the e-commerce logistics space. Responsibilities include: Accurately picking items for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists. Packing orders with care and precision, ensuring items are protected and presented well. Labeling packages and preparing them for dispatch. Verifying order details to ensure accuracy before shipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Adhering to all company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed. Assisting with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away. Collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center role is a plus.
- Ability to work with RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Capacity for repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of safety procedures, including proper PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
