As a Picker/Packer, you'll be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying their accuracy, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality are essential for success. You'll be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Safety is our number one priority; therefore, all employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures rigorously. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of boxes and standing for extended periods. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to tasks. - Accurately pick designated items from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Label outgoing packages accurately for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
