Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order tickets and electronic scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or potential issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Prior warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial but not required. Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing PPE. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics operation.
