Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
- Accurately interpret pick lists and customer orders.
- Ensure products are packaged correctly and securely for shipping.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all established protocols.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational targets.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for prolonged periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
