Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity before packing.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure correct destination information.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the packing area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE as required by the job.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Meet performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and labels.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
