As a Material Handler, your primary responsibilities will include moving, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment. This involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical equipment to transport goods efficiently and safely throughout the facility. You will be instrumental in ensuring that inventory is accurately located and readily accessible for order fulfillment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent spatial awareness, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires regular physical exertion, including the manual Lifting of heavy items, and consistent operation of heavy machinery. We prioritize employee well-being and provide all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), along with comprehensive training in Safety protocols and equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure all materials are handled safely and without damage.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Perform manual Lifting of items as required.
- Wear all assigned PPE during working hours.
