We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products are processed accurately and efficiently, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Be prepared for significant Lifting requirements throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- A commitment to workplace Safety is essential.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is helpful.
