Job Summary:
Join our innovative logistics company as a Fulfillment Associate in our state-of-the-art Houston, Texas facility. This position is key to our ability to meet customer demands, involving a variety of tasks essential to the order fulfillment process. You will be involved in receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety are essential for success. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage and accuracy before stocking.
  • Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using order pick lists or RF scanners.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to established guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics operations.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand inventory instructions, shipping documents, and safety materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
