Join our innovative logistics company as a Fulfillment Associate in our state-of-the-art Houston, Texas facility. This position is key to our ability to meet customer demands, involving a variety of tasks essential to the order fulfillment process. You will be involved in receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety are essential for success. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage and accuracy before stocking.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using order pick lists or RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to established guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics operations.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand inventory instructions, shipping documents, and safety materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
