We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. A strong commitment to Safety and attention to detail are essential for success. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting and physical activity. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your Safety and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist in performing cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Follow all instructions and work effectively with team members.
