We are seeking an organized and efficient Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments from our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is critical to ensuring that all products leave our warehouse accurately and on time, adhering to all shipping regulations and logistics requirements. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, tracking shipments, and verifying outgoing inventory. A keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills are essential. The safety of our team is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving moderate lifting, up to 40 pounds, and standing for extended periods. You will work in a dynamic logistics environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. Responsibilities include operating shipping software, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring proper labeling and packaging of all outgoing goods.
