Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking dedicated and efficient individuals to manage the flow of products from receipt to shipment. This role is integral to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. A paramount focus is placed on maintaining a secure and productive work environment, adhering to all Safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders with high accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety .
- Wear and correctly use all mandated PPE , such as safety glasses and protective footwear.
- Identify and report any damages, shortages, or operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform tasks requiring dexterity.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of workplace Safety .
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
