We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order lists, accurately packing these items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized workspace. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. Strong communication skills are beneficial, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to meeting daily targets. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. Adherence to all warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Verify product counts and item numbers against order slips.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding logistics and operations.
