We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our busy facility in Nashville, Tennessee! If you are a motivated individual looking for an active and essential role in our logistics network, this is the job for you. You'll be involved in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, contributing to the efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory accurately.
- Store merchandise in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and scanning.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety standards and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Support outbound shipping activities and assist with loading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing manual tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following guidelines.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
