Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items and quantities against order details.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Follow all established safety protocols and procedures, including proper lifting methods.
- Utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
- Handle products of varying sizes and weights, requiring regular lifting.
