We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your primary responsibilities will include retrieving items from warehouse shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are packed with care and precision. You will work closely with inventory management and shipping departments to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount in this role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and possess good organizational skills. We emphasize a culture of teamwork and encourage employees to take initiative and suggest improvements. Regular training on updated warehouse procedures and safety protocols will be provided. Experience with RF scanners is a plus but not required as comprehensive training will be given. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or electronic pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify product accuracy and quantities against order details.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations related to logistics and handling of goods.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting throughout the shift.
