We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
