Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders, from initial picking to final packaging and dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards before shipping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in regular safety training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
