Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the fulfillment area.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve significant physical exertion and lifting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and support logistics flow.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
