We are seeking a dependable Distribution Center Associate to become a key member of our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of our distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics success and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and you will be required to follow all established safety procedures and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant lifting, often up to 50 lbs, and the stamina for prolonged standing and walking. Training will be provided on safe lifting techniques and the operation of warehouse equipment. We foster a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
