We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately processing outgoing shipments, ensuring all orders are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner. This includes verifying order details, selecting appropriate packaging materials, generating shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing shipping errors. You'll work closely with our warehouse and customer service departments to resolve any shipping discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation is essential. We are committed to providing a safe and efficient work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. You will be expected to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Occasional lifting of packages up to 50 lbs may be required.
