Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Package products securely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate packing materials.
- Verify order accuracy and item condition before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
