Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our Los Angeles, California facility. This key role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be involved in cycle counting, stock audits, and investigating discrepancies to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory management principles. This role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving inventory items. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Your efforts will directly impact our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a significant opportunity to take ownership of inventory processes within a growing logistics company.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and identify items needing replenishment or adjustment.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
  • Assist in the receiving and put-away process for incoming goods.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management. Familiarity with WMS software is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be proactive and detail-oriented. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
