Seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in San Jose, California. This role is vital to our efficient warehouse operations, contributing to the seamless handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all your tasks. Essential duties include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory in an efficient manner.
- Picking and packing customer orders with high accuracy.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided if necessary).
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
- Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Performing duties that require substantial Lifting, often exceeding 40 lbs.
- Participating in regular inventory cycle counts.
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks and projects as needed.
- Contributing to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
