We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate in our large Los Angeles, California distribution center! In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This includes picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Your contribution is key to our logistics success and customer satisfaction. We uphold the highest standards of Safety, requiring all associates to strictly follow Safety protocols and utilize all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a high level of physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. If you are a detail-oriented, energetic, and reliable individual, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack products safely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy and product details before packing.
- Label all packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong adherence to Safety guidelines.
- Must wear and properly use designated PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
