This essential role is at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked from inventory and carefully packed for shipment. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by contributing to our efficient logistics process. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking and packing areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our overall logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
