We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding operations in Orlando, Florida. This role is central to our supply chain, focusing on the efficient movement and management of inventory within our distribution hub. As a DC Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. The position requires physical dexterity, the ability to handle various products, and proficiency in using warehouse equipment. Significant lifting will be involved, and adherence to safe lifting practices is essential. We maintain a strict safety culture, mandating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound merchandise.
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Package items securely for safe transit.
- Stage orders for shipment and coordinate with transportation.
- Replenish inventory stock on the warehouse floor.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training available).
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Utilize required PPE consistently and correctly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use PPE.
