Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory control tasks such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and tasks.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for WMS use.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse processes.
