Are you a proven leader with a passion for logistics and operations management? Our Sacramento, California Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory levels, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You will be responsible for training and developing warehouse associates, enforcing all safety protocols including the mandatory use of PPE, and optimizing workflows. This position requires demonstrated experience in leading teams and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics. You will also be involved in inventory control and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the facility. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence and safety in the competitive logistics landscape. This role involves occasional lifting and requires strong organizational skills.
