We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our operational team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, focusing on the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from inventory locations, consolidating picked items, and meticulously packing them for safe shipment. This position requires a sharp eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize returns. You will be responsible for using appropriate packing materials and techniques to protect goods during transit. This is a physically demanding role that requires significant standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to workplace Safety , including the mandatory use of specified PPE , is essential. We aim to maintain a secure and efficient work environment for all team members.
