- Verify and process outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update systems
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding shipping status
- Inspect outgoing packages for damage or discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed
